Information you give me. When you apply or reach out, I collect what you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, salon name and location, website or Instagram, how you heard about me, and what you tell me about your business.

Business information from clients. If we work together, you may share business reports such as your P&L, payroll reports and sales or POS reports so I can complete your Diagnostic or other services.

Your salon's numbers and reports are confidential. I use them only to do the work you hired me for. I will not share your salon's information with other clients or identify your salon publicly without your permission.
